4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message (via email or SMS) containing your Tracking Number. You can use this to check the status of your parcel at any time.

 

5. Return Shipping

We stand by our products! If you need to return an item within our 3-day return window, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will arrange a pickup or provide you with instructions on how to send the package back to us at no charge to you.

ہمارے اسٹور [Your Store Name] پر ہم آپ کے آرڈرز کو تیزی اور حفاظت کے ساتھ پہنچانے کے پابند ہیں۔ ہماری شپنگ کی تفصیلات درج ذیل ہیں:

1. مفت شپنگ (Free Shipping)

ہم تمام آرڈرز پر مفت شپنگ کی سہولت فراہم کرتے ہیں! آپ کو ڈیلیوری کے لیے کوئی اضافی رقم ادا کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔

2. آرڈر کی تیاری کا وقت (Processing Time)

  • تمام آرڈرز 1 سے 2 کاروباری دنوں (پیر سے جمعہ) کے اندر تیار کر کے روانہ کر دیے جاتے ہیں۔

  • ہفتہ، اتوار یا سرکاری تعطیلات کے دوران دیے گئے آرڈرز اگلے کاروباری دن پروسیس کیے جائیں گے۔

3. ڈیلیوری کا ممکنہ وقت

  • پاکستان کے اندر: آرڈر روانہ ہونے کے بعد عام طور پر 3 سے 7 کاروباری دن لگتے ہیں۔

  • یو اے ای (UAE) کے اندر: ڈیلیوری میں عام طور پر 2 سے 3 کاروباری دن لگتے ہیں۔

  • براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ یہ وقت ایک اندازہ ہے اور کورئیر سروس یا آپ کے علاقے کی وجہ سے تھوڑی بہت تبدیلی ہو سکتی ہے۔

4. آرڈر ٹریکنگ

جیسے ہی آپ کا پارسل روانہ ہوگا، آپ کو ای میل یا ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے ایک ٹریکنگ نمبر بھیجا جائے گا۔ اس نمبر کے ذریعے آپ کسی بھی وقت اپنے پارسل کی لوکیشن چیک کر سکتے ہیں۔

5. واپسی کی شپنگ

ہماری واپسی کی 3 روزہ پالیسی کے تحت، اگر آپ پروڈکٹ واپس کرنا چاہیں تو واپسی کے تمام اخراجات ہم (سیلر) ادا کریں گے۔ ہم خود پارسل واپس منگوانے کا انتظام کریں گے تاکہ آپ کو کوئی پریشانی نہ ہو۔
